Machine is a rail weld  profile finish machine in a fixed factory .  It is suitable for accurate grinding of the welded area within 1.0m, so as to removing the welding upset and repair the flatness of the rail surface and to ensure joint shape in rail profile . Equipment is composed of host computer, hydraulic pump system, de-dusting equipment, electrical control system. With Aigre Tech.'s patented design, which can self-compensation the consumption of grinding wheels and realize the automatic accurate grinding of the rail joint, the whole operation process does not need manual intervention.
